What used Warwick NT $$ is under $1500 in good condition?New, neck-thru, with humbuckers...
I literally can't think of a single high quality bass under $1500 new with these features. This means no Warwick, Spector, Rickenbacker, Musicman, Dingwall, G&L, Gibson Thunderbird....
You could any of those used for under or around $1500, but not new. Maybe check out LTD, or Ibanez BTB line.

I play older metal, anything from Sabbath to Metallica. I should have mentioned that I want a 4 string. Will check out the suggestions, thanks![]()

I really like and highly recommend Dingwall but they are over budget, not neck through and the pickups are reverse p Pickups in a shell not Humbuckers but they do have more high end bite than traditional p pickups. To me it’s more of a musicman on steroids type of sound.Hello!
I want to buy a new bass to replace my cheap yamaha bass, but I have no idea which bass to get. I will be playing a lot of metal, but much more than that too. I want a black, neck through bass with a humbucker (or two), but Im open to other things too. My budget is around $1500, but I obviously dont have to spend it all.
Please recommend me some good basses![]()
[NT + 2 Humbucker + less than $1500 + high end] = few"I literally can't think of a single high quality bass under $1500 NEWWWWWWWWWWWW with these features."
And then the conversation evolved that OP was willing to buy used. Are we good now?
I would look into a Custom Devon bass. They are best basses I've played at prices that are great for the total package you get. I honestly haven't seen a bass that beats it for 2-3 times what Devon charges. View attachment 3397210 View attachment 3397211 View attachment 3397212
Well, there goes the OP's $1500 budget. lol
I didn't see that part lol. Most definitely more than that.
