The newer Euro 5s are pretty common to have the TWs stock. Look for the EMG logo on the pickups to be reddish orange. I had one but the only drawback is that the single coil mode is a huge drop in volume.

learn how to build you own frankenstein basses and then you can make them exactly how you want ... that is what I do. It is not hard to do. Start with a cheap kit bass from ebay and move up from there ...
the problem with multi switching/pickup basses is there is always a compromise in one or more positions.
on an L2500 for example, there are tons of combinations but only a few really useable sounds. series setting is the default/best sounding.
on a stingray H, the parallel setting is the default position and the other two aren't as good sounding.
on a PJ style bass, you get a scoop if you run them both together; if you favor the J PU, you usually get a volume drop/noise.
I've learned that the simpler the electronics, the better. for me, I like as pure a signal as possible and favor humbuckers because I hate noise.

If you can find one, the Fender Roscoe Beck is everything you are looking for and without batteries.

You should also check out Schecter's Hellraiser Extreme 5. Fabulous bass especially when you replace the stock onbaord EMG preamp with an Aguilar OBP-3.

The black stingray started out as a 5. That bass was a $135 purchase from ebay, I added an Audere 4 band preamp, a string tree, black fretboard stickers, straploks, a battery box, and then I have a pretty nice bass for about $300 total investment ...
I have both a Stingray 5HH and an L-2500 and love both (especially the Stingray!), but neither tick all your boxes. The pickup switch in the Stingray does split coils but you can't get ALL combinations. And the L-2500 only has a 2-band EQ and that EQ is passive rather than active (i.e. cut only rather than boost/cut) plus it doesn't have coil tapping/splitting unless yours has had the "K-mod" (mine does).
Having said that, they're both extremely well made, sound incredible, and have tons of tonal versatility. Either would be an excellent choice. But there are also lots of other worthy options to consider, as many people have already posted.

i have a Warmoth i built that is close ... as i truly love their Deluxe 5 neck .. !!
find something that " feels good " to play ... that is much harder to 'fix/mod ' than electronic pieces parts !!

Plus 1 on HS ray. Very versatile and you can like ly find one used on here or on Guitar center website for 13-1900. Also if you can find it, a big al 5 is one of the most versatile basses ever made.

This was my first thought too. I've got a L2500 and it's nice but no coil splitting.

My thumb has Delano pickups that do that. You can put setups like that in any bass, granted some allot easier than others if you don't have to route the body at all.
