Low B sets off birthday balloon

Hey I'm practicing on my birthday down in my office........and everytime I play a low B on my L2500 it sets off my birthday balloon (which plays of course "Happy birthday").

This is blowing my concentration.

Had the a similar thing happen with my drummer's birthday balloon during rehearsal. Hilarity ensued.

I have a resonator guitar hanging in my practice room. When I play bass loud and hit certain notes the resonator goes "Rrrrriiiiiinnnngggggaahhhh". Makes me laugh.

Well, I never set off a card, but my old Fender and Supro Thunderbolt cranked up would rattle the tin roofing on the outside walkway of my grandparent's house. Funny things can happen when those low notes hit. And I only had 4 strings(still do). But I wonder what that old amp would have made of a low B.

I've always disliked the way various bits of the drum kit resonate and rattle with bass notes but have never found a way around it as we mostly play small stages. One drummer used an electronic kit and that was much better but he sold it after a couple of gigs because it "wasn't the same" but I thought it was great - especially the volume control!

It would be nicer if the low b did something more productive whenever you hit it. Maybe it could rattle your ears in such a way to make Q-tips unnecessary, or it would take the dog on a walk so it could go pee or something.
