I've always regretting getting rid of my pink LEJ-5...i try to buy it back from the guy I sold it too every so often, but he always says no 
Hey fellas- I'm considering selling my LEJ 5. It's a beast. Versatile and dangerous. Just putting it out there before I post.
Running a Lakland DJ5 through the "booty in a box" stomp/pre.....smashing!!!!really brought the DJ out!
Looks like I'll be returning to the LowEnd club exclusively, by choice. Can't beat the neck on these things and just more versatile. I've sold or selling all my other basses!
I'm busting my buns to raise the funds to join this club!
But it seems like a hard club to get into because there's so few of them used... you guys seem to cherish these basses.

LEJ neck is the bomb diggity. I think LEJ is one of the best kept secrets in the custom-bass world

After about 7 different LEJs over the years (I owned LEJ 4 #1), I am getting back in the club! Picking up the 3 TSB used 4 on his site...alder/maple board 4. Coming here to China!!!! Looking forward to gigging the heck out of this bass!
Really, Brian, outside of the killer CS, is simply one of the nicest cats to deal with in the bass world. GOOD stuff...Chris Benavente's woodworking is phenomenal, and I am lit to play one again!

Did they replace the neck with blocks or use your existing neck and added? I think I would like to do that to mine too. I didn't know that was an option.
