Lowest Priced New Basses Ever??

I ordered them one after the other. Regardless, they both say "shipped"
I also ordered one and then decided to order another. So two separate transactions. I've got two different tracking numbers. I did send the seller a message to see if he'd change my order from Chinese shipping to shipping from NJ. I guess we'll see. FWIW, I've been doing the eBay thing for over 20 years without ever needing to leave a negative feedback. As many sellers will tell you, ebay/PayPal have been changing policy to overwhelmingly favor the buyer, NOT the seller. It doesn't take much of a complaint to cause a seller to end up accepting (and eating) fallacious returns. This occurs most frequently when selling to new eBay members who don't understand the ettiquitte that honest sellers/buyers follow. Just my opinion from experience.

The waiting is the hardest part
Every day you see one more card
You take it on faith, you take it to the heart

ANYWAY..............enough of this, let’s get back to TB talk......

What are some mods, paint schemes, parts replacement, pickups etc you all plan on doing to your new bass/guitar if/when it arrives???

I plan on immediately replacing the strings and then upgrade the volume and tone controls along with the pickups and some shielding.
I got the blue $14 and white $18 to be my second and third basses. I'm going to immediately practice in my Abbattoir of Amateur Luthierity and Butchery. :dead: I'm liking the D'Addario NYXLs I put on the black Glarry GIB so I'll probably get two more sets of those. Maybe I'll string one of them up BEAD. Definitely shielding will be in order (I still need to do that on the first one).
Since I'm thinking of starting (or joining) a "Craptastic Player With Craptastic Equipment" club, I might buy a spool of wire, some magnets and 3d-print some PUP forms. You always get the answer to "How bad can it be?" Or maybe I'm a genius at winding pickups and just don't know it yet. :roflmao::roflmao::roflmao:

Yep, quite possibly. Or paypal will be. It won't break either of us.

But hey, I might just possibly get a replacement for my current '80s korean cheapy wreck, and I've got almost $100 invested in that (OK, most of that was on a set of flats.)

Life is fun :)
Yep! :)
BTW I'm in a two-way race with one coming from China and one from New Jersey :)
