So is that four on this forum and one on the forum I cited who have false deliveries? I don't understand why eBay's investigative unit just doesn't step in and shut down these seller(s) to expedite the refund process for the rest of us, the ones who have tracking numbers (me!) and the ones who haven't even gotten tracking numbers. I resent having to wait until April 8 (my "window" for delivery is a big one) to file a claim.

They too, are probably hoping we don't bother asking for our money back. Take my guess with a grain of salt.

I had a serious issue with eBay in the past. I'm still pretty salty about it. Yet I haven't stopped buying on eBay... It's the low prices, they get me every time!

Just wondering how many here have a bass that supposedly has shipped and are waiting on delivery?

I ordered two black Glarrys w/amps on Feb 28. I paid for one and then decided to order another later the same day so I have two separate transactions w/two separate tracking numbers. Neither of them have shown any movement since March 2nd. I've sent several messages to the seller (rohbe8875), but have not received any reply since March 3rd. Below is a copy of the tracking info for the first one. The second one shows the same info, but the status says "preparing to ship". A copy of my communication (attempts) are also below (read bottom to top). I've accepted that it's VERY unlikely that I'll be receiving a bass (or anything else). I'm confident that between eBay, PayPal, and my credit card company I'll be made whole. I'd much prefer a couple of bargain basses, but other than the hassle involved to get the charges reversed, this (and the similar) thread(s) have probably been the most "fun" I've had on TB. I've spent far more on a two hour (bad)movie/popcorn with my wife. This is like a crazy circus that's managed to keep me interested and entertained for a full two weeks.

has it been shipped? If not I think you can call eBay and ask for a refund. They will not do anything IF the item is marked shipped, however. If your order does not show that it was shipped maybe eBay can go ahead and begin your refund.
