I'm talking the CB versions. I know the regular MP pedals are pretty darn spendy for sure, but the CB versions look less expensive...

Nah, can't be. Kinda a circuit is a circuit kinda thing.

If I had to guess, if some of the component choices weren't available then they had to source other components, build prototypes, tweak values, etc.

One of the nice things about not being a big music company is not having to deal with corp. deadlines which force you to build something before it's just right, just so you can "realize the revenue in Q3" blah blah bullsh*t.

That's the world I work in - selling **** before it's ready. We're lucky these guys are taking their time.

Mad Professor Amplification: "I just got the final version of the pedal today, the production will now start! We did some upgrades after beta-testing, now I'm VERY happy about it."

so they might make it before the end of the year after all :)

Recently played a large venue with my BBOD on throughout the entire set, and it sounded SUPER good. I love this thing.

I've been emailing with Jani at Custom Sounds about getting a BJFE Blueberry, and among those emails, I did get this:

The Mad Professor version will have the same basic sound but with more gain on tap. It should be coming out probably early next year.

Mad Professor posted on their FB page on Tuesday, surprised no one's commented on it yet! They're saying the CB version of the Blueberry will start shipping at the end of January and will be the same price as the CB guitar overdrives - $169. Good news!
