Made in Japan Precision

Fenders with maple fingerboards have a skunk stripe down the back side where the truss rod cavity is. Tuners are usually large Schallers. Decals are easy enough to come by and find their way on to the weirdest instruments sometimes. The neck plate is the same as on many cheap copies out of Japan in the '60's through the '80's, again, not the real McCoy. At least this looks like a P bass. It's certainly not a Fender. More like an Offender. ;)

That's a bargain price, you lucky!!!
Here in Spain, second hand, be prepared to pay at least 650€ for a PB70... Ishibashi has a pair not below 450€.
Yes I was lucky also because at that time I was working in Singapore which has zero import taxes .... strange things in that place ... also Fender MIA are much less expensive than in the USA or Europe !

New MIA Fenders over here are like 2000 euros! Used ones can go anywhere from 1000 to 1800, depending of year and condition. MiM new go around 800 euros, used from 500 to 700. Sometimes you can get them cheaer if owner needs quick money, but rarely. Right now there is one MiM for 400 euros.

Staying in Warsaw now and looking for opportunities to play for fun ! ;)
Serbia :) I bought used Jackson JS3 a year ago for 220 euros, it was two years old and had only one small scratch below backplate. About 2 days after purchase I found 80s MiK Ibanez bass with pointy headstock and P pickup for 170 euros. I sadly had no money for both. Now looking for something a bit more premium to get next year.

Can look at Invalid Link Removed ... good bargains sometimes with people available to ship to Serbia ;)

Import laws are very weird over here... Buying cheap electro material, guitar picks and so on Ebay, Aliexpress, etc. is common and I wont have problems eith shipping. But bass? It will cost me double of its price :D Shipping might be cheap but import taxes arent. I know a guy who bought cheap 80 euro bass kit and paid 130 euros in taxes for some reason. There was trick to write on package that its a gift but that doesnt work anymore.
