Mangled T-40 on Craigslist

Someone needs to buy it and make a new body for it.
Like Geddy's cut down P bass, it possibly sounds like poo as is, but with a new, lighter body should be able to really sing again.

I can empathize.
Most of my ideas really suck at first, especially the first couple tries.
This one here I think is just a weekend or two away from being a really nice set of matching napkin rings and coasters.

Dude. I was playing Peavey in the late '70s and early '80s. I got my T-40 in 1980 after somebody kyped my '65 P-bass. I liked the T-40 better ... a lot better. I'm a legacy ... I can say whatever I want about them.
It looks like a botched attempt at making a half assed, detachable double neck instrument.
If I had a T-40, I would probably try doing that.
