I only have two; the "78 P-Bass, and it's short scale Warmoth clone. And, the Mini - P's only got one because I wanted it to be a clone. To be honest, I really don't much care what the fingerboard's made out of. As long as it holds the frets securely, and doesn't give me splinters, I'm happy. Yeah, maple's nice; but... so are all the other fingerboards I have...
I'm likin' MFB's more and more. Not so much for a sound difference, but for a 'feel' difference as I'm playin'I just love them.
