That sounds right to me. Hopefully someone with more knowledge will chime in. You could also email Tim and ask, since he makes the pedals. So what does one need as a cable? Is it a combination with one end XLR and the other end 1/4" ?

For balanced output, you need this going to the Super 300: 1/4" "TRS" jack. TRS is for Tip, Ring, Sleeve.

On the other end it's probably best to have an XLR, but many boards accept 1/4" TRS.
As mentioned previously a standard 1/4" can be used with the Super 300, but then the output won't be balanced.
Any updates on the super 100?
I'm curious how the 800 is with the Boost (and maybe Volume) cranked compared to the Rails pedal.i have a super 300 (my second one) and just bought a super 800. i have a feeling that the super 800 will pair well with my GK rails pedal. it'll also be interesting to compare it to my 1001RB-II.
Youtube. Master Effects channel.Where?
Yes sir that is correct!About the rails pedal, from first glance, it looks like it's basically the same thing but no 4-band EQ and the bass cut and mid contour switches have been left out. Is this right?
Having watched both now, I am unexpectedly gravitating toward the Monorail. Though I will say I was hoping for more clean demoing to really hear what the 5-band EQ does for a clean sound.
Does the Monorail run at a higher internal voltage too, or is it just 9V all throughout?
The Monorail really took me by surprise as well. It's a fantastic pedal, the EQ is very flexible. Tremendous bass.Having watched both now, I am unexpectedly gravitating toward the Monorail. Have you tried the Super 100 Hiwatt type?@Peaveylover Started the Super 300 Owners Society thread, but I feel Master Effects deserves its own general thread. Living in NYC, I often have to play through some crappy house amp, whether at a rehearsal space or a gig. I finally approached @Sensei Tim at Master Effects to make a preamp pedal of the GK 800RB tone section into a small enclosure because of my tiny pedal board, and he nailed it. I had it called the 800EH because 800RB and it's made in Canada, eh? The same pedal is available as the Super 800.

How is your parallel chain setup, is it with a blender type pedal or are you splitting the signal with like an A/B/Y box?Great clean tones, but I was cranking it to try to get that Live at Leeds sound, and it sounded amazing. Blending the overdriven Super 100 in parallel with my Rasta 300 set clean is one of the best tones I've ever heard, even with the white noise @Sensei Tim mentioned.
