why do you have to take the handles off to rack mount?
I didn't...
The handles are on the front or the rack mounted version of the head where as if you get the full head in the black bronco case the handles are on the back.

I think you need a priest.
Hope it works out! Mine has worked flawlessly for many dozens of four hour gigs.
Very strange indeed.
Hey girls,
I'm looking to pick up an extra tube for my M9 just in case. I Ike it juuuuust the way it is. What tube does Mesa use? Mesa brand?
.
So, Mesa chose to honour the warranty. I spoke briefly with customer service and with technical support, was issued an RA, and we're off. I have to pay shipping one way since it's a third party thing. They are going to try to figure out what the deal is with the symptoms I described, and perform the necessary upgrades.
I am very impressed. It will be packed and shipped on Saturday.
I have found that most pieces of electronic gear do not fix themselves.
They either stay inermitent and/or eventually fail.
Might be good to run it medium hard for a while to see if you can recreate this problem; if so, away it goes for repairs.
