Hey guys, I just bought a Mesa Powerhouse 412 used for what I think was a good price. It will be replacing my Ampeg 810. I'm gonna be using a Peavey Tour 700 and my Spector Euro 5 LX through it.

I love the way it sounds so far, so much more clear then the Ampeg. It moves the bass throughout the room, not just infront of the can.

I was wondering if anyone could help me date the cab. The serial number on the cab is 0000306.

Thanks!

Just brought home a brand new Mesa Powerhouse112 cab! I have a second one arriving hopefully tomorrow. After contacting Mesa and finding out it would be a 12 week minimum wait time to order these cabs in, I found two in stock in all of Canada in two different cities. The retail chain didn't charge to transfer them both to me. So far, it was a joy to carry a 43 pound cab into the house as opposed to my larger Mesa cabs. Cant wait to try this bad boy out and have the pair married up soon. I plan to use my Walkabout head with these as my "small portable" rig. It hurt to spend what seems like a ton of cash for two very small cabs but I have never read anything bad about these little guys. I guess they just don't stock them anywhere as they seem very expensive compared to the larger Mesa cabs.
