I'd say that's a raezor's edge cabinet. Beautiful work--popular with Jazz guitarists and double bassists.

I think tombowlus reviews it on his gear blog.

Looks like a Bass-12, to me. Sad, sad thing about Rich. He was a very nice guy and a heck of a cab builder.

Yes, he was actually shot by his son, who I believe was suffering from some form of mental illness. Very sad.

Here is a mini thunder rig. D210XST and the Metro. The bottom never falters and the top ... well ... we all know what the 410XLT can do.

It can rattle the walls and shake your pants (I have actually felt that before) with the airflow being pushed out.

This little rig fits in the back of the PT Cruizer that I have with lots of room to spare.

While the HiWatt is cute, I do like the WM rig on the right. I've always liked the sound of Workingman series cabinets more than I do Goliaths, something about the mids.

Here's my, maybe not so mini, but mini to me, un-conventional, yet, good sounding practice rig. A Behringer 300 watt head, to a Peavey 2-12 downfiring Tri-Flex PA sub, with built in crossover at 250hz, to a Peavey verticle 2-10 cab. Sounds quite nice. I just put it up for sale at 300.00 for the whole rig, locally, on Craigslist. Beats out any combo amp, I've used. Handles a low B real nice. Weird, but sounds good! And loud enough to play with a loud drummer!

Yup! Drivers have been up-dated though. Rig really sounds alot better than a guy would think.The upper cab only sees 250hz and up. Box is tuned to 60hz, and is only a total of 1.67 cu ft. for the two tens,Small, but works great for that type of tuning. The 212 Tri-Flex sub cab, has two down firing, slot fired, 12s, similar to a Bill F. design. Peavey has used it for a long time.

Cool... I wasn't trying to be judgemental, I remember the Peavey PA columns and half-columns of the '70s (along with just about everybody else's columns). In a biamped rig, the guitar 10s in the PA cabinets would be fine...updated is even better.

I don't even know if the bass 2x10 or 4x10 had been invented yet. Although...I did build myself a 4x10 in 1975ish with four BIC Venturi woofers. If I'd only had the sense to port the box and and add a tweeter, I might have been on to something!
