Ahhh yeah, but let's see what if anything comes of the trade talks todayOf course, there are a number of Met fans who would say that even before the injury, we were without a catcher...

I hope they don't panic and overpay for Realmuto...
Ha, no worries, Tom. Start time is listed for 1:20 Central on ESPN, by the way. Be advised, though, that they may not get all of this one in--65% chance of thunderstorms at 3 Central, going up to 70% at 4, and still a 60% chance at 5. And feels like temps in the low 40s--we had two days of spring, now the next few days are expected to be rainy and chilly. 90% chance of rain tomorrow!
) and watched the Braves and the Cubs from the warmth (and safety) of my sister’s couch. So what if I'm 52 and left handed. Maybe I can catch for the Mets...
Go for it, Bulldog! But they may only offer you 5 million a year. Is that okay?
They already have Terry Callaway.
I know....that was a joke.I meant I'd manage catching on a 5 million dollar salary - I'm willing to sacrifice for my team. Whatever it takes.![]()
I know....that was a joke.
You said you will "manage"....manager...nm.Wasn't sure. By the way, are there any Ray fans here (or anywhere)? I feel bad for them. And apparently, the Marlin AA team has outdrawn the parent club at several games.
Whew! Cubs won a wild one in nasty conditions today. 38 degrees, 24 mph winds and misting at game time, but this is Atlanta’s only trip to Wrigley this year and the forecast for tomorrow looks even worse! Chicago was down 10-5 in the 8th and scored 9 runs in the inning on only 3 hits—crazy. Tom, I hope you didn’t sit through that one!
Here’s the story of that crazy inning, with plenty of viewpoints. How the Cubs and Braves combined for best terrible inning everWe tuned in when it was 9-1.
Listened to the rest as we drove up the mountains to Estes Park, where the magic number is 7,566...feet above sea level. O2 is valuable up here.
“It ain’t over till it’s over.”️
We’ll get ‘em tomorrow!![]()
