MLB 2019

That was cool to see career National Ryan Zimmerman blast that homer to put the game away tonight and force the series finale Wednesday in L.A.
It's sad though in a way. His career is probably coming to an end in D.C. Not because he can't play, but because of the economics of the game.

Dodgers/Yankees is definitely the choice of the network, and will give the best tv ratings. But as stated before, I love underdogs, and would like to see the Rays, As, Nats, or Cards get the chance to be there (along with their fans). I also love what the Braves have Don, but as a Met fan, it's against my DNA programming to say I will cheer for them.

Hoping the Rays make it to the ALCS(and more?). I find myself not really caring who comes outta the NL, but sorta leaning toward the Braves.

I've been saying the 2019 World Series will be between the Yankees and Dodgers since last year at this time when my son moved out to LA. He lives a couple of miles from Dodger Stadium and started following the Dodgers. We will see, we will see.
That would pretty much guarantee that I will not pay any attention. I'm not a fan of paycheck teams.
