MLB 2022

I am not watching any of these games, and the astros have won all 3. I'm going to continue to not watch. They've got a good chance.
I wish I wouldn't have watched the Dodgers predictable collapse. Congratulations to the Padres and their fans.
Maybe my long hoped for wish will come true and Roberts will be gone. His stunt hitting Barnes for Bellinger in game 2 was the harbinger of things to come for the rest of the series.

I opined earlier in another forum about "Are we getting another 15-inning 1-0 game?"

I just might have called it.

close. heckuva series, very competitive, and several new records set. it'd be fun to see the al west leap the al east and get 3 teams into the playoffs next season ...

a few more thoughts: astros allowed 0 runs over their last 23 innings. there were four 100-win teams this season; three of them are eliminated before the l.c.s. scott servais and the mariners showing some class, dignity, and grace; good on them.

I don't think the AL West has a third good team in it right now. But maybe the Rangers or Angels can re-tool over the winter and be more competitive next year. I have very little faith in the Angels though. And who knows what the A's are going to do.

The Mariners were the best story in baseball this season. Looking for some great things from them in the next few seasons.

Trust me. The Angels are hopeless. Until they get a new front office and develop talent from within, it'll be more of the same for the foreseeable future.

The As will move to Las Vegas. That is what they will do.
