Now Rosenthal will be fine, he's still with Fox. But to force one of the best reporters around off the flagship network because he dared to criticize the commish makes that network look like nothing more than a propaganda outfit. Take it from someone who's been there:

No surprise that she would come up as a strength and conditioning coach. The best trainers at they gym I go to have been female more often than I can remember.

You aren't the only one who had to read that several times to get it right. It's kinda unfortunate she's not the manager for the Toledo Mud Hens or maybe the Rocket City Trash Pandas. Tarpons? That is way too likely to go off rails.
I can only agree. The team name is rather unfortunate as the first team for a female manager. BUT - I hope she does great. The women who play softball are often very proficient in all aspects of the game, and it is time that it's recognized and they get a shot at managing.
The sides seem to be talking again. Any odds on whether pitchers and catchers report in a month or not? The sticking points seem surmountable, but then I'm also an optimist.

I think Spring Training will be delayed at this rate. Perhaps there will even be regular season games cancelled if the situation really drags on. I hope not though.
