Brewers started hot but are reverting to their mean
This new hat works well, thanks! The Mariners sure rolled over and died last night. They get the As at home next. I sure hope they get it going against the As. That's not as much of a given this season as it was last year.
I'm gonna keeeel you! This new hat works well, thanks!
Bring it! I have rabies and a magic hat!I'm gonna keeeel you!
Thank goodness for the As. And Detroit whipped on Houston. Texas lost. Yesterday was good. Maybe I don't have to keeeeel you after all.
JP will be back soon, too. That will make a difference in the clubhouse.

Alert the major media!
The Rockies have quietly (and very surprisingly) won four in a row, including their first series win - a sweep of the Rangers Friday, Saturday and today. They now have a win/loss record of 12-28. Their winning percent has risen to .300. Their odds of making the playoffs have elevated to 2%. (And as the Pythons said...there was much rejoicing.)
Next up, 3 at the Padres, 3 at the Giants, then to finish the 9-game road trip, 3 at the Oakland Athletics.

Like A ball? Not triple A ball?
The Padres pitching has been excellent lately so the Rockies need to bring their "A" game. Just sayin.
"A" like when you get an "A" grade when taking a difficult college class.
Like A ball? Not triple A ball?

Please go at least 4-5 with at least two wins each at the Padres and Giants. Is that too much to ask? Thank you.
The Mariners thank you very much for that sweep. Even Bent's magic hat cannot prevent the Mariners from creeping into first place like the tide rolling in.
I have determined that we have entered an alternate universe. Colorado is on a five game winning streak and the Brewers. Keep losing. someweird going on.Wait wait wait wait........you do know this is the ROCKIES you're asking?????
I salute you as one of the great optimists extant on the face of the Earth.
I have no idea in this or any universe how they swept last year's champs. It should have been such a shock that the Earth would have exploded like the Death Star.
