They finally scored more than 3 runs in a playoff game, and they needed every one of them. Whew!Cubs survive.
More baseball at Wrigley tomorrow.
Never easy.

As the resident Sox fan I’ll be the first to apologize for a bit of rough treatment your team is gettingThat was tough to watch from a Yanks fan perspective, but man the Jay's hitters were relentless gotta give them credit. Like everyone in the lineup was 12 for 15 in the series just crazy.
At least I can watch the rest of the post season without stressing over every pitch. And probably rooting for the Jay's to go the distance so my favorite player ever can get a ring even if just as a coach. Donnie Baseball!

Yeah don’t take it personal, we like having you here!Yeah not alot of Yankee love here![]()

What a very strange ending to a post-season series. The poor pitcher simply panicked... I feel bad for him.Bye bye Philly!![]()
It was a wild game. Some great pitching on both sides. Tough way to end it. But we’ll take it. Go Dodgers! What a very strange ending to a post-season series. The poor pitcher simply panicked... I feel bad for him.
Keep hope alive! They can win one more at home. The Cubs are a tough match up though.Well, it looks like the Brewers are one and done again this year. I have zero confidence that they can do anything on Saturday. I hope I'm wrong, but this team has laid down. They have had a terrible game. So has the home plate umpire. I'm looking forward to the challenge system next year. I don't think it is affecting the outcome of this game, but boy it would be nice to have both teams use the same strike zone.
I couldn’t believe Teoscar struck out with the bases loaded in the bottom of the 7th. Duran was very wild. I don’t think he threw any strikes to Teoscar, but he kept swinging anyway. Not a very competitive at-bat from him. Could’ve walked home another run and kept the inning going. I figured LA was sunk after that.It was a wild game. Some great pitching on both sides. Yes, Realmuto had it correct and then it all fell apart for the Phillies. That play will haunt that poor pitcher forever. A broken bat E1 to end your season... ouch.that last philly play....dang, even catcher was pointing to 1st base...double dang, lol
Never say never. I like both teams. It’s the playoffs! Anything can happen.Well, it looks like the Brewers are one and done again this year.
