Anyone know around what time the seventh inning started? I left work at 4:30 and they had scored twice with no outs. Got to the bar about 13 minutes later and it was still the seventh with basses loaded and two outs. I thought the game would be over by the time I got here but NOPE! Go Mariners!

Funny watching those jive turkeys on FOX in the post game. They had to pull up the footage of Smoltz eating the turkey since they couldn't think of anything else to talk about. I was indifferent on Ortiz, now I don't like him. Jeter always seemed plastic to me, and this just proves it.

Snell gave LA a great start. They really need the starters to go deep. The Brewers couldn’t get anything going against him. Zero walks is maybe the most impressive stat for Snell.

IMO, that was probably the best Dodger playoff pitching performance since Hershiser in the ‘88 NLCS.

Indeed! With the 2-3-2 format in the best-of-7 series, Seattle is decidedly in the driver's seat now. Still lots of ball left though. I am a bit worried, but still feel hopeful that Toronto can turn it around. They have to win at least 2 (preferably all 3) games in Seattle though. Much easier said than done considering how strong the M's pitching staff is. But the Jays are capable of doing it even if it feels unlikely now. If Seattle wins Game #3 then I will really begin to feel hopeless.
