If the Mariners win today, they sweep the A's and take sole possession of first place in the AL Worst. With a losing record on the season so far. I don't know whether to laugh or cry. They have the right guy on the mound, if Logan Gilbert turns into the evil Walter like he usually does. And if the Mariners actually can hit like they did the last two games.

They are below .500 and a half game in first place in the AL Worst. Stupid Mariners. When they are 20 games over .500, I'll start believing they have turned the season around. Until then, saying Stupid Mariners seems to work. So I need to remember to say that. A lot.
Next series is the Diamondbacks at home. Arizona seems to be a decent team by their record. So, we will see. The Mariners have a lot of work left to do. At least I haven't given up and started thinking about football yet.
Another series win in the books for the Jays. Inching closer to the mythical .500 record 
Problem is they’re heading on the road for four games in Baltimore and then three in Atlanta. Some wins should be gettable in Baltimore, but Atlanta is going to be a big challenge.
