MLB 2026

The Blue Jays were fated to win last night but an ugly bottom of the 9th from Jeff Hoffman turned the tables... They blew a 5-1 lead 😩 Schneider left Hoffman in there too long. Sadly, Louis Varland had already pitched the 8th...

Here's to hoping for a win today! Even with a loss, it's a 2-2 series split, which I can live with on the road. A series win would be much nicer though, considering I don't have high hopes for the next series in Atlanta.

No one wants to chomp on the CBA proposals?
No way EITHER side would accept the present proposal. We know the players' stance on a salary cap, especially one this restrictive.
Even if there is a cap, you would need some way to phase it in. Several teams are significantly over, with long term referrals. These are also the main teams that would be bidding on this crop of free agents.

I think a cap and floor would be good for the game, along with limited tax.
