LOL I was just there and saw the same one. Wanted to check it out but everyone seemed busy.
Yeah, I can't justify another 4 string but I would love to play one. Don't want to be a tire-kicker, though
Maybe I'll go back in when my friend is working there, if they still have it.

I did and came home and sold my 4 string Jazz . Then ordered myself a Caprice in the color I wanted .

If I can just get my friend to text me back and let me know when he'll be there. I swear, I just walked in there to buy a guitar stand but I saw that hanging and was like, Holy Cow, I need to play that.
I have rehearsal tonight too. He's going to be there tomorrow until 2:00 but I might have to wait for a plumber. I'm trying to get the plumber scheduled for after 2 but we'll see. I'll let you know.

If the neck is half as nice as my Sterling, and if it delivers anything like the tone I'm getting from my Jazz, it will be a temptation. But I keep telling myself that I don't *need* another bass...
The necks are a little fuller than a sterling. Both are great.
You think that's bad, I'm so smitten with my Caprice that I have to tell myself the same thing everyday because I want to buy a 2nd one with rosewood fb to put flats on.
I recently ran into used Sabre on a recent trip to Florida. First time I've seen one on the wild. If I would have had cash on hand and not been away from home I would have left with that bass. Now I'm thinking about a Sabre too.
Plumber is on his way. Once he clears out, I'm off to GC
