Music Man Stingray: What comes to mind?

1977
3+1
Leo's finest moment - 5 J's and 5 P's and an SR4 - I bought the SR4
Fender quality gone to pot
Pino and Paul Young
Chic and Bernard
Soundman racing over - 'what the hell's that? - brilliant!'

btw I re-plated the nickel and chrome - is it still 'all-original'?
and what's a pre-EB '77 SR4 in great cond worth?

I used to think "Louis Johnson", "slap bass"

the same still holds true...

but I've learned that the bass can do a whole lot more...
it's a powerful POWERFUL pick bass and has a great fingerstyle, too...

the feel is not my thing...but these basses are indeed sweet to those who love them...I enjoy listening to them
