I think of the big 5 string body, because I was confused for a long time about the 4/5 string versions and the sterling.

Lacking tone but looks cool. I've never played one that I'd like to keep.

I then immediately think sterling and I get happy again lol. I love the sterlings

I love my stingrays (looks and sounds) but some time ago I saw an olive green stingray with a red tortise shell pickguard on it and ever since then all I can think of when someone says stingray is Pimento Olive
I couldn't find a picture of one on the net and don't have photoshop but heres a link that will give you a feel for what it looked like. This MM even has martini glasses for fret markers

Anyway, I think: classic burst, black PG, all maple neck OR natural, black PG, all maple neck.

For players_John Deacon, Cliff Williams...and for some reason the dude from Men At Work with the aviator glasses and skinny tie. I saw them around 84 or so and in the program, the bass player was pictured playing the burst model and for some reason, that pic has stuck with me all these years/

For a modern player-Eric Bass of Shinedown (at least that's what he was "using" in the "Devour" video.
