Recently bought a used set of pups from MF through the Gearheads email. When they arrived they were not in the "Good" condition as they were advertised on the website and did not work. Sent an email letting them know I needed to return them because of their condition and asked about a price break on a replacement set. They took care of everything immediately and, less than a week later, I have pups that work perfectly. Consider this another glowing review for the CS staff and the Gearheads email deals!
