I heard a sound clip of a SSS a few days ago, and ever since, I've been dying to get one of these. I can't seem to think of anything else!

I have no place to try one. How is slapping with the small area between pickup and neck on these?

I'm no great slap bassist, but I found it just normal....no issues.

Those are interesting, but white/rosewood looks so good with tort, I don't think I could stand it any other way!

I have a 5 and 4 still on order, but had a few problems with moving home, so I have to cancel one. Now I have to decide if I want the low b or not. I normally play 4s but I enjoy a nice 5er.
