Cool. How does the sound of your single-H Al compare to the Sterling?

Can any general comments on the sound be made to compare a Sterling HH with a Big Al SSS? Looking to dive into the musicman world and both seem intriguing.![]()


I'll soon be joining the Big Al ranks. By the middle of next week I should have my Big Al 5SSS, white/rosewood. I'll admit when I first saw it it did nothing for me but after watching Ed Friedlands demo video I had to have it. If anyone missed it...
This will also be my 1st Musicman. I think the tighter string spacing is going to work out pretty well for me.
