Bought it last Friday.
Great Bass.
This was a temporary situation, as I’ve moved the Cutlass and kept only the Caprice. Great basses, both.
The 30th Anniversary Stingray was a heck of a bass! It even made my baby daughter dance!

Yes…the B string is the best.
Nice! It just shows that how versatile the stingray preamp is. I cut mid and boosted bass in that video and it’s perfect for gospel. Turn my mid back on and it’s perfect for rock. It’s funny how many Music Man and SBMM basses I have owned, and they all have been great in church. I agree about the excellent B strings too. Even my humble SBMM SR5 has a powerful B string. It will really be interesting when I take the MTD home and I compare them in church.
