Really really nice Mike! I'm especially drawn to you alder maple Burst for some reason. But that Dargie is out of this world.

Any thoughts on picking up a Classic? I recently played an SR5 Classic and thought it was just killer.

I think the 2 band reigns all supremacy on a Musicman. (I don't like the 3eq)

Jerry, the Classic is great and nails the sound and attack of the sunburst bass. I'm very happy gloss finished necks are once again available, but the necks still aren't slim like the preEB's.

Not to brag but I think I very well could have 2 of the best looking Stingrays ever made!

I have owned 7 or 8 EB basses over the years and now am down to just 2. A 2007 LE and 30th Anniversary.

Could I have a number please? Today I ordered a Stingray classic that is going to have a pink breast cancer awareness ribbon custom painted on to it because my wife was just diagnosed with breast cancer. The bass will be used in not only my everyday playing but in future shows to help raise funds for Breast Cancer Prevention. I won't have pics of the bass until I get it though.

Hey Jay! Any updates? I'm probably not the only one wondering a) how your wife is doing (most importantly) and b) how the bass looks!
