Ordered on Tuesday, my strings are out on a truck in South Boston now just waiting for them to hit my PO Box.

I was a "just strings" guy for years but this build a set with custom gauges has convinced me plus the shipping time is unbelievable!

Add to that I can drive to " just strings" warehouse in just over an hour. But I'm still converted and bass strings online keeps adding more and more strings all the time!

I had to improvise with a .125 DR Marcus Miller which was barely used. Screwy B string machine too narrow for non leader strings? Wow my repair bill is gonna go up at Mouradian next month!

I received a set of Rotosound flats from www.bassstringsonline.com a month or so ago.
(Super-fast, easy international transaction too btw)

I had an issue with the D & G strings.
Jason contacted Rotosound on my behalf, organised two replacement strings, then insisted on also covering the shipping cost to me. (It's his policy.)
Customer service second to none!

I can't see myself ever buying bass strings from anywhere else.

My experience with them was quite poor. My order was not acknowledged and required a follow up phone call. The person on the phone couldn't have cared less. It took more than a week to finally recieve my strings. I did not get any kind of VIP treatment or any discount as was promised. They won't getting any more business from me. Very disappointing experience.

Can't please everyone, I guess. I honestly can't see BSO somehow treating you any different for no apparent reason. There is no "promised" discount...it's an exclusive offer to members of TB, and a generous one at that. Do you feel as if you were owed a discount? I'm not getting where you're coming from. Did you want a back rub and a bottle of Dom P too?
