My New (to me) Sterling is here

It's here :hyper:
My 1994 Sterling.

Here are pics of the packaging, which was very well done. Thanks Joel.

should have been noted on the neck joint before you put it together. Neck pocket date 4-6-1994, neck date 4-??-1994.

:) she looks like she made it there safely! Score one for USPS.

And +1 to tort. I always wanted to throw a tort or mirror pickguard on this bass, but never got around to it.

i cant believe that the relicing that i ACCIDENTALLY did to this bass would be this big a deal :D

Go for it, but i might not remember every single bump. There was one on it when i bought it, near the jack there is a rub spot. That was there when i got it in 1997.

Pickguard, no pickguard (phone camera, sorry for the bad pics. Will take better ones with better camera when I get the chance.)

I'm thinking about a new pickguard instead of the black/black/black. If someone has pics of a black Sterling with rosewood fretboard with a guard other than black, please post it. Or if someone could photoshop different pickguards on my Sterling.

This is not a free for all post your Sterlings, just if you have black with rosewood and a non-black pickguard. Thanks
