My personal very custom pedalboard build....here we go.

Weight is not an issue with this pedalboard, it will not leave our church. Everywhere else I play, the only pedals I use are my aguilar tone hammer and my tuner. If the future changes to where I need to carry it out, then I have a huge amount of wood that will be calling me to make another board. In all honesty, the weight of this board is around what the larger Furman and SKB's weigh, but this one doesn't matter.

Been extremely busy, but I took some time and worked on the finish. The finish is not officially finished, because I am planning on some drilling, to the top and sides, and some inlays, to the front. Whenever I get all that finished, I will do some polishing and do the final spraying.

This is the first sand-and-sealer finish, there was no sanding.

This is after the sanding. I sprayed sand-and-sealer several times and sanded finer after every finish.

This is after several finishes were sprayed on and polished between them. The pedalboard should be finished in another week....got to put off my working on it because of work!

I got a great deal of work done today. It is not complete, but it is to the point that I'll start using it until I get the rest of the needed in. I am missing a few pedals, the locking 1/4" connectors, the plug for the side, the other plugs for my dunlop brick, and my inlay for the front. I'm sure there is other things, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.
These next pictures show me laying out where the pedals are going to go and show where I marked the board. I then drill the holes, install the gang plug(then move it), install the handles, wire the cables in, install the brick, and then secure the cables.

Thanks for all the compliments, I still have a great deal of work ahead. I hope to get the other pieces pretty soon. I'm not sure which pedals to shoot for, out of the ones I'm missing. But I think the inlay work will take the longest, it will be a ton more work to it.
