Hey justin, thanks a lot for that x2. I haven't tried it at all, yet. I am already thinking about building a smaller travel board. Resawing the sides to make them lighter, changing to a different type of wood and maybe use one of the other shapes I drew up. I really like this shape, but I'm thinking one of my other shapes would be easier to transport in public.

You should seriously consider doing this professionally. Your board is gorgeous. A friend of the family made one for me last month, just gotta get an effects loop then I'm going to start drilling holes. Your placement for the DC brick is a great idea, almost ashamed that I didn't think of it myself

I thought about making wood handles, but I wanted/thought the metal handles would work/look nicer.

Beautiful work. Check out Blackbird Pedalboards. He makes a wah wedge that's actually flat so that your volume and wah pedals aren't angled. Pretty neat design that you may want to try out on a future build.

I had seen that blackbird flattened out those and almost went that direction. I preferred them angled...this time.

I ordered my 1/4" locking connectors and the recessed plug. They should be in either today or tomorrow. I decided to use a locking electrical connector, that way I can make up the cord and someone won't steal it (they couldn't use it). I am going to have to order some more dunlop electrical cables, for some reason my brick did not come with all of them.

Going to check out my pedalboard this morning. I got the holes drilled for the electrical plug and 1/4" instrument plugs. The electrical plug is ready, but the 1/4" plugs are not complete, yet. I hope I have enough room on stage!

Well, I got to play through the pedals on the board today. I set everything up early and did not have any tone coming through. Did some tracing out and found the problems; two of the George L cable ends needed re-attached and I had the in and out switched around on the MXR Micro Flanger. After correcting the issues, everything worked perfectly.
I can't wait to get the 1/4" connectors on the side wired up and the other pedals on. I have (3) 1/4" connectors on the side: #1 to go to the Aguilar ag500 footswitch #2 to be the out, to go to the effects #3 to be the in from the effects. I also can't wait to get the looper bypass and the inlay installed on the front.

We play a lot of different types of music: worship, contemporary black gospel, heavy driven, old school...etc.

Thanks very much. I have a long way to go to finish up. I got the veneer in, for the inlay on the front, but I have to cut it, then the opposite and inlay it.
