My personal very custom pedalboard build....here we go.

Beautiful work. Absolutely beautiful. I can never show pictures of my John Deere board ever again, as your work as put it to shame.

But, you did inspire me to plan some upgrades to mine: routing holes for cables and transparent velcro.

Got the rest of the pedalboard put together, now I am fixing to start spraying the finish on. The first set of pics have the sides on, but the flexing front had not been installed(that was the hardest thing to complete on the pedalboard).

More beautiful work!

Well, I got the finish almost complete. I made several different coats and sanded up to around 400 sanding grit. These pictures didn't actually get the finish very good, but whenever I get through, I'll make sure to get it pictured better.

Anyways, here are some pics:

That board is truly magnificent, best in show. What's the purpose of the angle in the back wall? To make the pedals on the left fit a little more snuggly, or more room for cables behind it?

Thanks for the compliment. I think you are asking about the 3 vertical pieces at the back of the board, that step in and out. The purpose for the in and out is for a T-Rex pedal power supply to be mounted and maybe an electrical plug(and be hidden)
That is also the area that I am going to mount the electric cord and 3 sound plugs(from the side).

Check this out, I thought I would weigh all four of the pedalboards.......the weight blows me away.

#1. The first pedalboard: 15lbs 4oz.

#2. The first of the "newer" style board: 11lbs. 2oz.

#3. The second "newer" style board, it is deeper and has the tilting front: 8lbs. 10oz.

#4. The final "newer" style board, it has the same dimensions and the hardware installed like the #3 board: 7lbs.!

Wired up two plug-ins for temporary use until I get the money for the power supply:

Instead of going back with the locking 1/4" connectors, I decided to go with the same that is in a side mount instrument. Installed two, but had to order one more....put that in whenever it comes in.:

looks really cool dude, but it takes up so much more floor (and vertical) space than the boss pedal board you were using (and weight i imagine) why the change?

The weight is actually not an issue (it is very light weight, though), the size allows more pedals to be used, the custom pedalboard matches my two custom basses(Elrick and Callowhill), and no one else has anything like it. It is actually extremely in better shape because all of the wiring is direct and in order.
