My recent Sadowsky experience

I just wanted to pass on how awesome the bro's at Sadowsky, Rodger and Kevin are. Upon a recommendation from two of my favorite bassists, Jeff Jenkins, and Tully Kennedy, I decided to take a look at a Sadowsky as one of my options, And after speaking to both Rodger and Kevin, I decided on getting one. My band is going into the studio this summer to do our 2nd cd in Nashville and I wanted to upgrade my bass. So I ordered a NYC Vintage Olympic White P/J, and I was even able to get the Duncans that aren't offered anymore! Thanks guys for the excellent service. And Kevin you're right. You and Rodger are two good lookin dudes!!

where you tracking at when you come to Nashville?

I'm still in the "honeymoon" period with my Metro RV-4, but so far I am loving it. I've gigged it with my 4 piece cover band, my jazz quartet and at church and it has kicked major butt at at all gigs. It sounds great, is easy to play, and the color (see avatar) is a real eye catcher. It's an older Metro (with VTC and HipShot D-Tuner) and has a certain vibe/mojo to it for sure. I was debating some lighter tuners, etc., but I don't think I'm going to mess with anything except strings and batteries.

I didn't work with Roger or Kevin directly with this bass, but have spoken to them in the past and read some responses on TB before and they are committed to their craft.

I don't know anything yet. We're currently in the process of writing and getting help writing, so if you write pm me. As far as where to record, there are so many things still in the works and up in the air. Do you have a recommendation? Not that I'll be listened to, I'm just a hired bass player. lol!!
