I came across a post from CL San Francisco from a few years ago for a Miller Sound 4x12 Guitar cab with the same ID plate on the back. That's about all the Google could find.

Right. The Miller I was thinking of (given I had never heard of Miller Sound) was Jonas Miller of Miller & Kreisel (M&K); Jonas also had a high end stereo shop I used to frequent when I lived in L.A..
