Man playoffs just started and already the main story is the injury bug. Miriotic being out for the Bulls is big. Then Parsons being done for the year for Dallas with Harris and Rondo doubtful sucks. The Blazers are already short on bodies and I'm seeing Kaman and Aflalo out. It's like everyday its a must to see which team lost a player today. Sucks if the playoffs comes down to a Finals match up between 2 teams with the "last men standing" approach, literally now more the figuratively.

yes, big win for the spurs! now to hold home court. being up 3-1 in this kind of series would really put the pressure on the clips. waiting to hear about parker....

edit: crazy stat: duncan's team has lost game 1 of a playoff series 8 times in his career. in each instance, duncan's team has won game 2 of that series.

Oh Pop is the man no doubt about it. Greatest coach in basketball ever and thats coming from a 90s Bulls fan watching Phil Jackson.

Great game. Reagrdless if my team wins or loses cant complain when i watch such a good game. Clips had there chances to seal it in regulation and failed. We even had a chance to send it into double overtime. Reddick got a great look and off by a centimeter. We can live with that.

Duncan had a great game but was 38 game 2 and will be 39 come game 3 lol I like my odds that Blake can sustain his production all series but Duncans might fall off. Might be enough to give us the edge. Should be a good game in San Antonio friday.

just checked, all the clips' starters have more minutes played this season than duncan.

really, this series should be a conference final, or at least a 2nd round series. nba seedings suck big time.

Dont get me started on the ridiculous seeding system. Sorry Portland but you were barely the 6th best team in the West and could have been behind Dallas as the 7th.

So i was dissapointed with my schedule this week yesterday as I would have wanted Wednesday or Friday off for the Clipper game. But wow i watched some good games today. D Rose might be back! Kevin Love might have snapped out of his season long slump. And they just called an off the ball foul which could send this last game to double OT. Too much drama for my little delicate heart haha

Man the Clippers got spanked last game lol better remotely show up on sunday or else this series is over.

I agree this years 1st round is pretty uneventful. Theres been a few OT games but still. Every series i thought would be a dog fight, dallas vs houston for example, has been just another game. Man did both teams put up numbers last night though

another epic loss for the spurs! destined to go down in spurs lore with .4 (fisher), 2006 (manu fouls dirk), and 2013 (ray allen hail mary). haha i gotta pull for the warriors now, but the clips have my permission to bust the rockets' collective tail.

but yes, one helluva series. 4 road wins in a 7 game series?
