Yeah hopefully the $18+ price is just temporary until things settle back down and Dunlop is able to ship more. They are great strings!

Strings By Mail, which I mentioned earlier, doesn't list everything on their website, but that doesn't mean you can't order what you need through them. I've ordered a bunch of singles in the past with no issues. Matt is your guy.

By the way, Strings By Mail is based in Michigan, where GHS is based. So, they can order anything from GHS in a timely fashion.

I've been bugging them for the last few years to list more than the Boomers under GHS. So far, they've refused to comply, saying they don't want to carry anything they don't sell enough of. I keep telling them the only reason why they don't sell enough of certain items is because they don't list them on their site. Dealing with their customer service is like pulling teeth.

The last time I bought strings was years ago as I still have a supply on hand for my needs, right now. The dealer I have been using for decades is Juststrings.

I do like Fret Nation and Jason a lot, but I tend to buy strings where I can get them the fastest and the best price. Lately, it's been Reverb and Ebay. Jason is great, so are most of the string sellers, but when you don't use common gauge and scale Dunlop flats on some of your basses, they're a little hard to find and get right away from anyone.
