Yes, that was pretty cool. Apparently, it was inspired by a vintage Corvette, with tailpipes through the bumper.

Might be a good small backup system but as the main rig, for most 250W is on the lower end of what you need for various gigs. Unless you play mostly in coffee houses or use the PA. I wish 250W was enough but in this new reality of loud stage presence (for the rest of the band) and missing decent PAs in some cases you need more power.

Probably true but you never know until you plug it in. I will definitely buy one for practice/rehearsal and throw it in my gig bag for a backup. If it maintains that GK sound for $250, I am all over it.

Ultra-cool looking, but I absolutely could not handle the neck on it - way too beefy and square. Kinda like a Rick on steroids.

Did anybody get a close look at that 1000w Orange head ? I was wondering if it will run 2x4 ohm cabs (2ohms). The 500 watt version has a switch on the back to change between 8 and 4 ohms. i'm hoping this has the same switch but 4 - 2 ohms. aNYONE ?

The Terror Bass 1,000 has the same 8/4-ohm switch. But, you are in luck, as you can run two 4-ohm cabs as an 8-ohm load with the right cable.

I don't recall seeing any 1x12 or 2x12 Hydrives, and for the record, the Kilo is not quite ready to ship. The units at NAMM were not functional, I believe.
