Gah! I missed that one! Thanks for sharing!

only for curiousity, I swear, what's the price tag on that Orange Little Basstard?

I forget the exact price, but it was pretty reasonable, as I recall.

and anybody tried the the EBS Fafner II and the TecAmp BlackJag ?

Yes, heard both of them, and they were extremely impressive! We have a video of Thomas Eich describing the Black Jag up on our YouTube channel.

Tom.

The MAP on the Little Bastard is $629. For the guys talking about the "Stairway to Heaven" thing, Doug Johns beat you to it!! That guy was cool to meet and invited me over to the Genz Benz display and showed me the ropes of the Shuttle 9.0 and Uber 410 cab. He's a monster player that is definitely worth checking out. Met the Genz Benz guys too (Agedhorse, Jeff Genzler etc.) and they were great as well. I told them thanks for their participation on TB even though I don't use their stuff. That's just cool to me. There are always killer players at NAMM and it's such a fun atmosphere to be in. Hope some of you guys that have never gone get to check it out someday. Well, that's all I've got for now.

Some more random notes:
I really enjoyed the TC Rebelhead. I heard a couple of guys demo it and thought it sounded great. Cabs too. The new Carvin sounded fine too. Some great punch and clarity. We've all said this before, but it is a great time to be a bass player. Some killer tones out there for some good prices.

oh man, I so did not need to see this picture :scowl:

A Marleaux M-Bass with Delano Xtenders, :bassist:

checking bank statement... :bawl:

I actually have two of the Marleaux basses in my possession atm. The are being shipped to Trip Wamsley next week sometime, but they are both for sale.

I didn't see any mention of it, but Marleaux had a 21" scale piccolo bass that was just awesome. Did anyone get a pic of it?

I don't recall rich saying what it was but my guess would be around $999 or so.

I believe that the M3 head and combo will each be about $200 less than the corresponding Walkabout combo (note: the M3 combo uses the PH112-style 1x12, not the Scout 1x12).

Here is the M3 head in a separate case, sitting atop a PH112:
