NBA Playoff thread 2012

Well, that one aside, I'm seeing several buzzer beaters. While they're nice for the moment and the feel, I don't know if all of these do it as "top plays" for me.

I was kinda hoping to see this Javale McGee play in there, but I guess it happens too quickly and doesn't have much context (a la buzzer beaters, dunks, etc.).

Me too. BUT - big postgame sportsmanship props to Artest for his locker room comments. None for Bynum.

If there is anyone in the history of sports who literally has people living inside of them with polar opposite personalities, I think it's Ron Ron. :D

There's only one in Bynum: stupid lazy entitled spoiled giant baby :spit:

I don't think Bynum will ever develop into a consistent playmaker. Some people, no matter what they have physically, do not have the intestinal fortitude to be a reliable ballplayer. If they end up trading him, I hope I'm right. If they keep him for any extended period of time, I hope I'm wrong ;)

Yep. Especially sportsmanlike, as the flagrant that got called on him was one of the worst calls I've seen in a long time.

Haven't posted in days and by now my Clippers are eliminated. Agreed Billups being out hurt especially when you take into account when CP3 would be on the bench there was no leadership to control the pace of there offense in the game. Something Billups was doing all season. As for the Bynum hate yeah he's an idiot at times but then again hes still a young kid. And he has plenty to be frustrated about because there was games where the first half hes dominating (8-10 FG Ex.) but come the 4th he'd get no touches.

Speaking of the Lakers blowing the team up I read this article today. Interesting read and proposal but like they said no matter what financial sense it would make it's a move they would never make. Read somewhere else that with the contracts of Kobe and Eyenga (spelling?) alone they cover half of their salary cap for next year. Pau and Bynum take the other half combined, meaning with those 4 players they're officially over the salary cap.
