Yeah I think that's standard on classic vibe Squiers.Are those brass saddles?
That wasn't me but I'm guessing Photoshop. In the real world the holes are still there but I don't mind them.How'd you fill the holes so nicely?
I have one of those and I had issues with the pickup. The E-string was super fat and growly but the A and D strings where a bit bland. The G-String was a bit harsh. Then, I tried to make adjustments of the truss rod and the bridge saddles and I was never able to get good string to string balance. Also, the pickup had a bad case of single-coil hum.
I had Mandolin Brothers install a Joe Barden noiseless single-coil blade pickup and that cured all the ills. However, I wish the Joe Barden pickup could give me that fat growl I had on the E-string with the original Squier pickup...
