Well, it finally arrived, and man, is this Stingray bass sexy! The attention to detail is amazing. The relic wear, with the intention of replicating Cliff's bass, is really well done, and the paint checking is the best I've personally seen so far on a relic instrument. On top of that, it's extremely cool to get a brand new, "vintage" Stingray!

@Scott Ball You and the other guys at EBMM did a fantastic job with this bass, and I feel fortunate to be in a position to own one. More importantly, it serves as a great tribute to the man himself, Cliff Williams. I'm sure I speak for at least a few others when I say to keep this Icon line going! If Louis Johnson, Bernard Edwards, or Pino Palladino are considered, I know where I'll be looking for my next bass!

Anyway, before I go listen to a little AC/DC to wrap up the night (with perhaps a little Strawberry Letter 23 thrown in the mix), here's a few pictures of number 26!

It's great to know you love it. Enjoy yourself!

@PBassin,

Congratulations man, that is an awesome instrument!

I bet it sounds killer!

And the attention to detail is spectacular, great craftsmanship on that piece of art.

26 available. That's exclusive. The value of that bass will only go up, I'm sure.

I think it's also very significant EBMM won't receive any money from the sales, all of it going to charity.

That's 182.000 dollars that EBMM donates for charity. And without counting the cost of manufacturing these basses.

I would like to see other brands do this.
