Had a chance to practice with my band last night and I am totally impressed and in love with the sound of this bass.....It is fantastic.

What's with the three-coil pickups? Can you switch the coils in and out?

Do you guys have an opinion on the two pickup ATK? I think it's the ATK800?

I had the walnut satin ATK 800, and it's the only ATK I didn't fall in love with; had it less than a year, and DO NOT REGRET selling it. Just my personal opinion, but the CAP pickup isn't nearly as aggressive as the Triple Coil. If they re-re-re-released the ATK with the 3C p'up again, I'd buy one in every right-handed option.
