NCAA Football

Auburn let me down. My original two picks for the Championship game are long gone. Bummer.

In light of recent events, one team will be Michigan or Ohio State and the other will be West Virginia. USC will drop a game somewhere along the way. They have had two close calls from two "nobody" teams in two weeks.

man, arkansas i much better than people had been expecting.

the florida game yesterday was unbelievable. man. it was a nail-biter for the first half, but, as usual, we blew it wide open in the second. sometimes, it comes down to which team makes the fewest mistakes.

i'm worried about tim tebow running up the middle, though. that's just asking for injury.

the future:

i'm looking forward to michigan taking ohio state down. i think california has a legitimate shot at southern cal, too. west virginia and louisville is another big game... if those three go down, though, florida has a shot at being no. 1, so long as we do our part.

next week against auburn is going to be a close one, i think. a few days ago, i would've thought our chances were slim, but now i think otherwise. harvin's playing, wynn will probably be back, and marcus thomas is back, provided he doesn't get busted for drugs AGAIN! :D and auburn has been shown to be all-too fallible recently.

at the very least, i think we have a chance at winning the SEC.

Why... I oughta slap the taste right outta your mouth! :spit:

Why worry about OSU, seems to me if the gators handle thier own business, they might just get thier shot...

yeah, i'm quite pleased to see us up at no. 2 in the AP poll!

who'd have imagined that this crappy system *just might* work out after all. now we just gotta not lose a single game ever. :hmm:

i saw olsen is out for a few weeks. bummer for the bruins.

robb.

Yeah, it's really a shame about Ben Olsen but fortunately Patrick Cowan the backup quarterback is very good and threw 2 touchdown passes in the last game with Arizona. Both quarterbacks were competing very aggresively in training camp and both were considered capable of starting.

I'm having a couple Auburn guys over on Saturday to watch the game. It saddens me to send my guests home unhappy on Saturday afternoons. Oh well, they'll get over it just like LSU will. :D

Florida and Ohio State.....what a game that will be. The top two conferences in the nation sending their best teams to decide who is number one. I hope they both win out.

Only a few more hours till kickoff of the Florida at Auburn game. I'm nervous. If Leak comes out on fire in this game and Florida wins, they will be every bit legit as Ohio State for the title.

I'll also have my eyes on Happy Valley, desperately hoping that Penn State can somehow play upon UM's loss of Super Mario to pull out a win. Hopefully Morelli can put it together and play mistake free QB for an entire game.
