Need advice on Bergantino cabs

I am looking into buying one of the new HT112ER cabs. Has anyone been using these for upright or electric. And can you do any comparisons with other cabs in that price range. I already have a 2 x 12 and a 1 x 15. I am looking for a single 12 that is portable and can handle the headroom of an iAMP800. I am hoping to use this by itself and not bring another. I really don't want to spend the money on an accugroove. Any opinions/comments on the new bergs? Tom Bowlus had some really nice things to say, was looking for some other opinions. Thanks.

I think they're the best 12" speaker on the market, and I've had a LOT of rigs over the years, and played through even more. You can look in my profile and see previous posts.

You won't be disappointed in the Bergs; you will probably be disappointed in your other speakers after getting a Berg, however.

If you don't wanbt to spend the money on something you can't try, try finding a used older model HT 112 - still astonishingly good speakers, and they were pretty much the smallest on the market.

IMHO.

Cheers,
Cameron
