New DR neon strings

i just bought a set of neon greens and put them on my stingray, great strings i must say, killer slap tone, and very mid focused. i recommend these ones to anyone. i used to like elixirs but found the tone wasn't there, these strings kick man. try em out they aren't too expensive either.

I may have missed this, but whats the string tension like? I usually like flappy ass string tension, usually 35-115 gauge (5 String.) I dont mind going up a few gauges on the assumption the tension is not that high. What do you guys reckon? Will be using it on a Pedulla MVP5 with non string thru body.

From your reviews it seems they are very bright strings. How is the growl as such?

Look good and better still the play and sound great too!

How can I get a bass refinished like that and how much would it cost me? That is the most awesomest thing I ever saw. Well, almost.

I think they are medium light tension. Same as Rotosound swing 66 actually. Judging by feel and complete lack of any need to adjust truss rod when Ive gone back and forth between the rotos and neons. Most of the other brands Ive used (GHS, Ernie Ball, Dean markley blue steel) have required small tightening of truss rot when switching from rotos to them. So theyd have a little more tension then the neons. Hope that helps you a little.
