New DR neon strings

I ordered a set of the green, and have had them on for four days. I love the way they look, but I have to say, the E is noticeably duller sounding than the A, D, G. I don't know if this is typical of a "bad set/string" but these don't sound nearly as good as the last set of DR nickels that I tried.

Sounds like a variation of the first test set of the guitar strings I got. But in your case just the E string was bad. See if DR will let you order just a E string replacement.

Fantastic!

I ended up going with DR neon orange for my new BC Rich Warlock guitar which has red finish. Instead of green like on the others.

Soong...> I did a pretty extensive review of them as earlier post. Including about the initial problems I had with the guitar version. Which ended up just being a bum set of them luckilly. They remain my fave strings for bass and guitar now. With Rotosound swing66 and roto pinks as fave alternate.
